How to review your TPT purchases and get refunds with Muse + Steletta

Unfortunately, with all the AI (and human) slop on TPT, it’s become very common to buy resources full of mistakes. And there are very few situations as embarrassing as finding that out in front of your students, when someone points out that a question has no correct answer, that the answer key is wrong, or even that some of the questions are just crazy AI hallucinations.

But if you have to manually check every question and answer, then what’s even the point of buying a resource on Teachers Pay Teachers to save time…

Muse + Steletta take care of all that for you. Muse goes through your TPT purchases, sends each resource to Steletta for a review, and tells you which ones are approved (aka you can confidently give them to your students) and which ones have serious errors and shouldn’t be used. How to connect Muse to Steletta

First, open Muse and paste this message:

Click Connect and sign in to your Steletta account. Once it is connected, you can just ask:

Muse will open TPT in its own browser and ask you to log in. After that, you are basically done working, and your assistants will be working for you.

The first thing Muse + Steletta check is whether any purchases are genuinely unavailable to download, including checking individual files and other access options. For purchases within TPT’s refund window, they can request a refund for unavailable content before reviewing other materials. TPT decides whether to approve each request under its refund policy.
